Cellphones, Captioning

From the New York Times, A New Cellphone Nods to the Needs of the Disabled.

From Mark Siegel, Arbitrary & Capricious : bad closed captioning decisions.

Interesting side note to the cellphone story: in the Denver Post version of the article, the complainant is initially referred to as “Bonnie O’Day”, and subsequently as “O’Day”. In the New York Times, she is “Bonnie O’Day” and then “Dr. O’Day”.
