My husband and I are keeping ourselves busy at home. We’ve rearranged things to make our basement a home gym, and I’m continuing to lift, coached by Randy Hauer via TrueCoach. We’re trying to make sure that we talk to people (phone/Skype/Zoom) and get out of the house every day, usually by walking the dog, which I know he appreciates.

This month I retired from Ball Aerospace after 19 years, and am trying to figure out (again!) what I want to do when I grow up. The pandemic and winter are making that harder than it would otherwise be.

I’ve taken up adaptive yoga (thank you, Mind Body Solutions, for putting your classes on line during the pandemic). I’m learning more about Buddhism and meditation, both by practicing and by reading (most recently Why Buddhism is True, by Robert Wright, and Waking Up: A Guide to Spirituality Without Religion, by Sam Harris).
