Progress, Year 5

It’s now been five years since I started lifting weights. I recorded my one year progress numbers, and this seems like a good time to write down where I am now:

DB bench press 12# 25# 45#
Bench press 45# 70# 110#
Lat pulldown 40# 90# 130#
Crunches 15 reps 2 sets of 20 reps with 20# 3 sets of 20 reps with 50#

My goals for the remainder of the year are a 120# bench press and a pull up.
