How’d you get it to work? I have a blog running on WP 2.0 and I’m having to use the dorky “?p=76” permalinks instead of meaningful title text.
On this install, by not updating the permalink structure after upgrading. brokenclay uses /wp_archives/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/ as the permalink structure, and it only survived as part of my pre-upgrade .htaccess file (I think).
The other install (Cantabile) has a different problem – it’s all static pages, no posts. Apparently it doesn’t matter *what* you set the permalink structure to, it’s going to be parent-pagename/child-pagename/grandchild-pagename and die somewhere around three levels down. I found a description of this behaviour on WordPress.org support, but of course I can’t find it again now.
Love the Avocados. :) You’re site is great looking :)
