After successfully losing 40 pounds, I went to the doctor last week and discovered that 10 pounds (I’m lying, it’s 11 pounds) have crept back on. So it’s back on the wagon.
Last time I used a Palm app called DietLog to track my eating, which has since morphed into BalanceLog. I bought the new version – I really like it, because the food database isn’t just fast food and packaged foods. I also went to see the nutritionist, who agrees that my 1450 calorie daily goal is good.
