Our remodeling has begun. I came home last Monday evening to find that all the furniture had been moved out of the living room, and carpet removal was underway. Now the steps have been dismantled, the gas fireplace removed, and the drywall cut out to the level of the new floor.

I think we can declare the migraine gone now, thank goodness.
Now I just have the irritating tingling and numbness (yes, Virginia, thanks to MS I can have both at once!) in the right arm and the shooting pains in the legs.

Good Spam Karma
Without any intervention from me (that I recall), Spam Karma has figured out how to send digests (1 email per 10 spam comments) rather than 2 emails per comment. It’s working beautifully now.
I still have the same low-level migraine (what, 2 weeks now?). Maybe it’s the new glasses.
