Funny, I seem to be angry all the time. I wonder why. Am I going through that Kübler-Ross thing, or is this justified anger because in 2001, 11 years after ADA, so many restaurants, swimming pools, banks, places of business cannot figure out what it is they’re supposed to do? I’m really tired of this.
